When decay or injury reaches the nerve inside a tooth, the result is often a deep, throbbing toothache — sometimes with swelling or sensitivity to hot and cold. A root canal removes the infected tissue, relieves the pain, and lets you keep your natural tooth instead of pulling it.

Modern root canal therapy is far more comfortable than its reputation — for most patients it feels about like getting a routine filling. We use careful local anesthesia and gentle technique, and we’ll usually finish the tooth with a crown to keep it strong for years to come.

Emergency Dentistry in Palm Beach Gardens

A cracked tooth, a lost filling or crown, a knocked-out tooth, severe tooth pain, or sudden swelling — dental emergencies don’t wait for a convenient time. Our team keeps room in the schedule for urgent visits so you’re seen quickly, treated gently, and back to normal as fast as possible.

If a tooth has been knocked out, call us right away — keep it moist (in milk or tucked against your cheek), don’t scrub it, and get to us within the hour for the best chance of saving it. For broken teeth and lost restorations, we can usually stabilize and repair the tooth the same day.
