The Digital Smile Design Experience
Our DSD workflow is designed to be exciting and collaborative.
The Studio Session: We take high-quality digital photos and videos of you talking and smiling naturally. We also take a 3D intraoral scan of your current teeth.
The Digital Blueprint: Dr. Almanzar uses specialized software to design your new smile over your digital image. He analyzes the relationship between your teeth, gums, lips, and eyes to create perfect harmony.
The Reveal: You return to see your "Virtual Smile." We show you exactly how the proposed changes will improve your facial aesthetics.
The "Test Drive" (Mock-Up): In many cases, we can print a temporary resin model of the new design. We place this over your natural teeth (without numbing or drilling) so you can actually look in the mirror, take selfies, and see your new smile in real life.
Treatment: Once you love the design, we begin the clinical work (veneers, crowns, or implants) with a clear roadmap to success.
