About Dr.Hans Almanzar
Dr. Hans Almanzar, DDS, FAAIP, MICOI, is a highly respected cosmetic and implant dentist in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, known for his surgical skill, compassionate care, and commitment to cutting-edge technology. Originally from Queens, New York, Dr. Almanzar has called Florida home since his teenage years.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2013. Dr. Almanzar continued his postdoctoral education at NYU Langone Hospitals, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) with a concentration in oral surgery and complex restorative treatment.
With more than 450 hours of continuing education in dental implants, sinus lifts, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign®, Dr. Almanzar delivers comprehensive care that blends surgical precision with aesthetic excellence. Whether restoring a full arch with implants or designing a smile makeover, he ensures each patient receives personalized, high-quality results.

Outside the office, Dr. Almanzar and his wife, Kelsi—also a dental professional—share a heart for mission-driven care. The couple met during a dental outreach trip to Jamaica and have since provided free care in Guatemala, Atlanta, and underserved communities across Florida. Together with their two children, they enjoy family time, biking, travel, and relaxing at the beach.
