Cosmetic dentistry is planned before it is drilled.
Dr. Almanzar builds every veneer case in reverse. He starts with photos, an intraoral scan, and a discussion about what the patient wants the smile to feel like, then designs the final shape in software before any prep is done.
That digital smile design becomes a printed mock-up that the patient can preview directly in the mouth. Adjustments to tooth length, edge shape, and midline happen on the mock-up, not on natural enamel. Only after the mock-up is approved does he move to provisional veneers, then final porcelain.
Implant restorations follow the same sequence. CBCT planning, guided placement when indicated, and a restoration designed for emergence and bite before the surgery is scheduled. The cosmetic result is engineered into the case from day one.
Four steps from your first call to a finished smile.
Every cosmetic and implant patient runs through the same sequence so nothing gets skipped, and so you know exactly what the next visit looks like before you leave the office.
Smile design consult
Dr. Almanzar listens to what you want changed, then evaluates teeth, gums, bite, and lip dynamics in person.
Digital records
Intraoral scan, smile photos, and an optional CBCT for implant cases. No goopy impressions.
Written treatment plan
Clear options, fees, sequencing, and timing in writing. Financing reviewed before any drilling begins.
Treatment in phases
Care is staged so you always see progress. Provisional veneers and try-ins let you preview the smile before it is final.
Cosmetic and implant patients, on the record.
I had been hiding my smile in photos for fifteen years. Dr. Almanzar walked me through veneers, did a mock-up before he touched my teeth, and the final result still looks like me.
He took the time to explain every option in plain English. My front tooth looks completely natural now and I cannot tell which one was repaired.
Two implants and a bridge done in stages, all in one office. The team kept me comfortable and the bite feels exactly like my real teeth.
Common questions for Dr. Almanzar.
Yes. Dr. Almanzar is accepting new cosmetic and implant patients at our Palm Beach Gardens office. New patient appointments can be booked online or by phone, and most consultations are scheduled within one to two weeks.
Well-made porcelain veneers typically last 10 to 15 years or longer. Longevity depends on home care, whether you grind at night, and how the veneers were designed and bonded. Dr. Almanzar engineers each case for long-term durability, not just short-term appearance.
Yes. He is a Certified Invisalign® Provider and uses clear aligners both as a standalone orthodontic option and as the prep step inside many veneer and smile-makeover plans. Aligning teeth first often means more conservative veneer prep later.
Most full smile makeovers run 6 to 18 weeks from consult to final delivery, depending on whether implants, aligners, or gum recontouring are part of the plan. Simple veneer cases can finish in 2 to 4 visits.
Yes. We offer third-party financing through CareCredit and Sunbit, plus in-office payment plans for qualifying cosmetic and implant cases. Every financing option is reviewed inside your written treatment plan before treatment begins.
