Gum Specialist in Palm Beach County
Your Trusted Gum Specialist in Palm Beach Gardens
Healthy gums are the foundation of a healthy smile. When your gums are compromised by infection, recession, or disease, it puts your entire oral health at risk, from loose teeth to systemic health issues.
At Gardens Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry, we provide specialist-level care for your gums and bone.
We are proud to have an in-house Periodontist, Dr. Jesse Lemoine. Unlike general dental practices that may refer you out for complex gum issues, we offer comprehensive, expert periodontal treatment right here in our comfortable, state-of-the-art facility. Whether you need to treat gum disease, restore a receding gumline, or replace a tooth with an implant, you are in the hands of a true specialist.
What is a Periodontist?
A Periodontist is a dental specialist who focuses exclusively on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal (gum) disease and the placement of dental implants.
After completing general dental school, Dr. Lemoine completed three additional years of rigorous specialty training. This makes him an expert in the soft tissues (gums) and hard tissues (bone) that support your teeth. When you choose a gum specialist, you are choosing the highest level of expertise for your smile’s foundation.

PROCEDURE
Our Specialized Periodontal Services
We offer a full scope of periodontal procedures to restore health, function, and aesthetics.
Treatment of Gum Disease: From non-surgical deep cleanings (Scaling & Root Planing) to advanced therapies for periodontal disease, we stop the infection and help you keep your natural teeth.
Gum Grafting: We treat gum recession by placing new tissue over exposed roots. This reduces sensitivity, protects the tooth, and restores a youthful, symmetric gumline.
Dental Implant Placement: As experts in the bone and gum tissue, periodontists are uniquely qualified to place dental implants with precision, ensuring long-term stability and esthetics.
Crown Lengthening: We gently reshape the gum and bone tissue to expose more of the natural tooth, fixing "gummy smiles" or preparing a tooth for a restorative crown.
Bone Grafting: We rebuild bone that has been lost due to infection or tooth loss, creating a solid base for future implants.

TESTIMONIAL
Patient Success Story: Saving "Hopeless" Teeth
Actual Patient Scenario
The Challenge: "Robert," a 55-year-old business owner, was told by another dentist that he had severe gum disease and might lose his back teeth. He had bleeding gums, bad breath, and deep pockets around his molars. He was anxious and didn't want to wear dentures.
The Solution: Robert came to see Dr. Lemoine for a specialist opinion. Dr. Lemoine designed a comprehensive periodontal therapy plan. This included deep cleaning to remove the bacterial source and a minor regenerative procedure to help regrow some of the lost bone support.
The Result: Six months later, Robert’s gums were pink, firm, and healthy. The deep pockets had reduced significantly, and his teeth were stable. He kept his natural teeth and now maintains his health with regular visits. He said, "Dr. Lemoine saved my smile."
