3D Planning: We perform a comprehensive scan to ensure you have sufficient bone volume for six implants.
Surgical Placement: Dr. Almanzar places six titanium implants into the jawbone. This provides a broader base of support for your new teeth. This is typically done under IV Sedation for your complete comfort.
Immediate Teeth: In most cases, we attach a high-quality temporary fixed bridge to the implants on the same day. You leave our office with a secure, beautiful smile.
Final Restoration: After 3-4 months of healing, we replace the temporary bridge with your permanent, custom-milled Zirconia bridge, the strongest, most aesthetic material available.

Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4?

It depends on the patient. All-on-6 offers more stability and support because it uses two extra implants. It is often preferred for the upper jaw (where the bone is softer) or for patients with a heavy bite. All-on-4 is an excellent solution for patients who have less bone in the back of the jaw and want to avoid bone grafting.

Do I need bone grafting?

Because All-on-6 requires placing implants further back in the jaw, you might need a sinus lift or bone grafting if your bone volume is low. We will determine this during your 3D scan. If you want to avoid grafting, All-on-4 might be the alternative.

How long does it last?

The titanium implants are designed to be permanent. The zirconia bridge is incredibly durable and resistant to wear. With proper hygiene and regular check-ups, this solution can last for decades, often the rest of your life.

Is it harder to clean?

No. You brush your new teeth just like natural teeth. We will show you how to use a water flosser or "super floss" to clean the small space between the bridge and your gums. It is much easier and cleaner than a denture.

What is the cost difference?

Because All-on-6 involves two additional implants and potentially more complex surgery, it is typically slightly more expensive than All-on-4. However, many patients find the added peace of mind and stability worth the investment.
