He owns the gum, bone, and implant side of every treatment plan at Gardens. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Scaling, root planing, laser therapy, and surgical pocket reduction to stop active periodontal disease and protect your teeth, bone, and overall health.
Learn moreGum grafting & crown lengthening
Soft-tissue grafts to repair recession, plus aesthetic crown lengthening to even your smile line and expose more healthy tooth structure.
Learn moreDental implant surgery

Treating gums is the foundation of every long-term smile.
"Most people come in worried about a tooth. My job is to look one layer deeper, at the gum, the bone, and the bite, because that is what decides whether the work lasts five years or twenty-five."
Dr. Lemoine spent three years in specialty residency at Boston University before he ever opened a private practice. That training shapes how he diagnoses: with a periodontal probe, a CBCT scan, and a clear written plan you can hold in your hand.
He is calm in the chair, methodical with anatomy, and patient with questions. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently, which matters in a Palm Beach County practice serving families from across the Americas.
Outside the office you will find him with his family, traveling, or on a golf course, usually somewhere between Palm Beach and Boca.
Your visit with Dr. Lemoine, step by step.
Whether you are coming in for bleeding gums or planning a full-arch reconstruction, the rhythm is the same. We diagnose first, plan second, treat third.
Consultation and exam
Dr. Lemoine reviews your medical history, performs a full periodontal exam, and listens to what is bothering you. Bleeding gums, loose teeth, or a failing implant are all on the table.
CBCT scan and treatment plan
A 3D cone-beam scan maps bone, sinuses, and nerves in detail. You leave the visit with a written plan, timeline, and clear pricing, no surprises.
Surgical procedure with sedation options
Most cases are done in-office with local anesthesia. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available, and complex full-arch cases can be planned with IV sedation through our anesthesia partner.
Follow-up and long-term care
Healing checks at one week and one month, then a transition into a periodontal maintenance schedule so the gum work and implants you invested in stay healthy for decades.
What patients say after working with Dr. Lemoine.
I was told I would lose my front teeth. Dr. Lemoine saved them, walked me through every step, and my gums finally feel calm again.
Four implants in the upper arch, in and out the same day, almost no swelling. He is methodical and clearly does this all day, every day.
He fixed a gum graft another office had given up on. Painless, beautiful result, and he speaks Spanish with my mother which means the world to us.
Answers to what patients ask most.
Have a question that is not here? Call the office at +1 561-709-5978 and we will route you to the right team member.
Is Dr. Lemoine accepting new patients?
Yes. Dr. Lemoine is currently accepting new periodontal and implant patients at our Palm Beach Gardens office. Most consultations can be scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks.
What does a board-certified periodontist do that a general dentist doesn't?
Periodontists complete an extra 3 years of hospital-based specialty training in gums, supporting bone, and dental implants. Board certification is an additional layer. For complex implant cases, advanced gum disease, gum grafts, and full-arch rehab, a periodontist is the right specialist.
Will I be awake during my implant surgery?
Most single and multi-tooth implant cases are done comfortably with local anesthesia, often with nitrous oxide or oral sedation. For full-arch and All-on-4 cases, IV sedation is available through our anesthesia partner. We talk through every option in your consultation.
How long does gum graft healing take?
Most patients feel comfortable within 7 to 10 days and return to normal eating in about 2 weeks. Full soft-tissue maturation takes 6 to 18 months, which is why we follow you closely with healing checks at 1 week, 1 month, and 6 months.
Do you take my insurance for periodontal treatment?
Gardens Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry is in-network with several major PPO plans and files out-of-network claims for most others. Call the office and we will run a complimentary benefits check before your visit.
