PROCEDURE
The Single Implant Procedure
Replacing a tooth is a streamlined process at our Palm Beach Gardens practice.
The 3D Assessment: We start with a digital scan to ensure you have enough bone density to support the implant.
Surgical Placement: Dr. Almanzar gently places the titanium post into the space where your tooth root used to be. This is a minimally invasive procedure often done under local anesthesia or sedation.
Healing (Osseointegration): We allow the implant to heal for a few months. During this time, the bone fuses to the implant, making it part of your body. Note: In some cases, we can place a temporary tooth immediately so you never have a gap.
The Custom Crown: Once healed, we attach a custom abutment and your final porcelain crown. We check your bite to ensure it feels natural, and you leave with a complete smile.
